[1:40] Shiny Ball Syndrome Christian: Brokers think tech solves problems, but usually, it's a process change that's needed. Human behaviour is the hardest thing to change because "the old way" felt safe, even if it was inefficient.

[4:24] The Tank of Worry Christian: You have a finite tank for worry. If work chaos takes up 90%, your family and health get the remaining 10%. Eventually, you fall off the treadmill.

[5:23] Get Out of the Way Christian: The best thing a broker can do once systems are built is to step out of the ship. The team usually works better when the "boss" isn't in the weeds, but at the top looking at the next vision.

[9:19] Job vs. Business Christian: A "Job" is reliant on the broker for day-to-day survival. A "Business" continues to evolve and move forward even when the broker is on a long weekend.

[14:30] The McDonald’s Fundamental Christian: Why is McDonald’s successful? Because you get the same Big Mac everywhere. Your brokerage should provide the same customer experience regardless of which team member is handling the file.

[17:52] The 80% Capacity Rule Christian: You want your team operating at 80%. If they are at 100% (Redlining), you can't grow. You need that 20% buffer to onboard new clients and handle surprises.

[22:45] The North Star Christian: My goal is to build a broker who writes $100M/year and only works 8 hours a week. It’s 100% possible through structure and non-negotiable organisation.
